'Richard has surveyed a number of vessels for me, and I must say the advice and the service have been second to none. Had it not been for their professionalism and skill I would have paid good money where I should not. I cannot thank them enough'.

Home General Information Survey Charges

Survey Charges

Costs are based on the type of survey required and size of the vessel.  I believe I offer great value for money based on the following:

  • I normally would spend a day on the vessel – time is required to fully access the vessel  and test the vessels equipment
  • A clear and concise report is produced based on tangible investigations – photographs of issues are used to aid understanding of an issue
  • My expertise and experience

If I can save you money I will do so, examples are as follows

  • Negate lift costs if significant issues are found prior to lift out
  • I will contact you the survey day if I think the vessel should be kept out of the water, this will negate the requirement for a subsequent lift
  • I will try and arrange the sea trial on the same day  - negating the need for a separate visit
  • Clear definition of issues which a current owner cannot dispute – often leads to further negotiation of the purchase price
  • Knowledge of where to source and what to source as part of any issue rectification

I am not VAT registered.

I will always offer my best price, so for a no obligation quote please contact me.
